Exclusive TED interview on the #NoDAPL Protests

Last week I dropped everything and flew to New York to host a TED Live broadcast, interviewing photographer Camille Seaman about the protests against the Dakota Access Pipeline at Standing Rock. Camille had recently returned from Standing Rock, where she spent a month documenting the growing indigenous-led movement there. She shared photographs and video that had never been seen before. The protests there have been met with heavily militarized police, tear gas, attack dogs, sonar weapons, and the arrest of non-violent protesters and journalists.I'm proud to say that TED confirmed this has been the most-watched broadcast they've ever aired (with nearly 900,000 views so far, and 250,000 of those were live). The response was overwhelmingly positive, which I think is a testament to the power of this campaign, and also Camille's brave and beautiful work. Please click through to watch the video, and like and share so TED knows that fans want more interviews like this! Will Potter interv
